Need ideas for a disney fancy dress costume?

Its my greatest pals birthday soon and shes getting a disney themed fancy dress party, thing is i was final to know about this since i was on holiday when she decided so all the costumes are taken up heres a list of what i cant be:
*No princesses
*minnie mouse
*alice in wonderland
*Jessie (toy story)
*Tinkerbell
*Jasmine
*Boo (monsters inc)
*Pocohontous
*Incredibles

I want a female costume please i dont fancy cross dressing

So if you have any ideas of what i could possibly be please tell me and also ideas for a costume for that character would be excellent please x

Be a villain – the Queen of Hearts or Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty.
Or possibly Wendy from Peter Pan, Mulan, Meg from Hercules or Jane from Tarzan.
